Another update for the site this week. I’ve put up links to the articles that I have written for the Royal Society of Chemistry that have been published in “The Mole”, the regular insert to Education in Chemistry. These articles often use material that can be found elsewhere in the Kitchen Chemistry site, but they are nice, standalone articles. They are all available on the Royal Society of Chemistry web site and I have linked directly (I hope) to the pdf files of the individual articles. These files may be duplicated freely for use within schools and colleges.
